Dr. Robertson is a board-certified urologist who has served Southwest Montana for over 25 years.  He was previously associated with Bozeman Health urology and now directs Gallatin Urology, Southwest Montana’s premier independent urology practice.

His primary focus has been general adult and pediatric urology including urinary tract cancers, men’s health, urinary tract infections, prostate problems, incontinence and kidney stones.  Other areas of expertise include neurologic diseases that affect voiding function, testicular pain, prostate cancer screening, diagnosis and treatment and more.

Dr. Robertson graduated from Southwestern Medical School in Dallas, Texas and trained at Vanderbilt University Hospitals in Nashville, Tennessee.  He then joined Urology Associates in Bozeman. He had an academic appointment in the WWAMI medical school and currently holds an academic appointment with the Idaho College of Osteopathic Medicine.  He has authored scientific publications as well as educational literature for patients with or interested in urologic cancers.

He served two terms as president of the Montana Medical Association and was the recipient of the prestigious Jack McMahon Service to Montana Physicians award.  He founded the Montana Medical Association Health Care Trust and continues to serve as Chairman and CEO. He has also been active in community and legislative affairs on both a state and national level.
